Effective Date: September 24, 2026

Thank you for choosing VitalLog ("PersonalLogger", "we", "us", or "our", application ID: org.aztest.personallogger). We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have complete ownership of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains our offline architecture and how data is handled in our mobile application ("App").

Medical Disclaimer: VitalLog is designed strictly for personal logging, habit tracking, and informational self-monitoring. It is not a medical device, nor does it provide medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider for medical advice.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

VitalLog is a 100% offline, privacy-first mobile application.

2. Local On-Device Data Storage

All tracker configurations, custom fields, logged measurements, session timestamps, and guideline targets are stored exclusively on your physical device using Android local database storage (SQLite).

Your data stays on your device at all times under your sole control. You can edit individual records, clear specific tracker histories, or erase all app data at any time from within the App Settings or via Android system settings. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all local database files.

3. Data Export, Backup & Sharing

VitalLog provides user-initiated tools to help you manage your personal records:

Exporting or sharing data is entirely voluntary and is executed only when you explicitly tap the respective action. No data is ever transmitted automatically or without your direct action.

4. Device Permissions

VitalLog operates with minimal system permissions:

5. Children's Privacy Compliance (COPPA & GDPR)

VitalLog is safe for users of all ages. Because the App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information from any user, it fully complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
